Hiding Your "Likes" Challenge

💕 Likes don’t define how good of a teacher, an SLP, a daughter, a friend that you are to others.

Instagram has been rolling out the ability to hide number of likes on others’ posts and your own from others. Currently I don’t have the option to turn off like count on my reels.

👍🏼Decided to switch on both options to help not only myself, but others too who may not have the option but see my posts. #hideinstagramlikeschallenge

✨I even went back to all of the posts of 2021 and hide all of my like #s.

🧠 I think this is going to be a good mental health break for me without stopping everything.
